The OSCAR International program aims to engage like-minded young people from around the world empowering them with skills to become true Global Citizens and to work towards creating a better world for everyone.
We hope the experience of being part of this program will enrich lives and create better opportunities for young children growing up in some communities in Asia
Leadership Programmed International
It is the leadership abilities of young people that has enabled OSCAR to grow and reach out to more vulnerable young children.
The Leadership program is an intensive leadership training, offered to beneficiaries with leadership potential. The training focuses on professional development, and coaching skills and encourages participants to become mentors in the communities they live and work in.
The program gives young people:
- Increased confidence and self-belief
- Transferable skills, including leadership and responsibility
- Empowerment to be the agents for change in the community
- Improved employability
